The nominated director Tonislav Hristov talkes about his documentary THE POSTMAN about a small village at the Turkish-Bulgarian border and how it was changed by the amount of refugees that passed through. The lack of empathy in people is what sparked off his interest in the developments but when he got there he found that the postman was the one person connecting everybody, but also he wanted to become mayor and allow anyone to settle who wanted to live there.
