Synopsis

The plot of this feature covers 46 hours and shows the rise and fall of the true character, Lucek Böhme, who In the name of the law, ruthlessly seizes property of individuals and institutions on account of their debts. This gives him a feeling of power, which only bloats his ego to an alarming degree, He is nonchabntawü arrogant to his victims; no matter their status. Finally, he sobers up, having discovered that a musical instrument he wanted to legally seize from a family in arrears belongs to the sick daughter of his high school ffame. And worse still, another of his victims, a young boy this time, hangs himself in the stairwell right across from the door of his office The two incidents bring about a shock and make him attempt to right the wrongs he has done. Far too self-confident, however; he doesnt realize that his corrupted colleagues and superiors have set him up and, blissfully unaware, falls Into a trap. Now he is under arrest for having accepted a bribe...
