Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown

The comedy centers around three women and a man. The first woman is Pepa, the mistress the man has just left. The second is Candela, a friend of his on the run from the police. And the third is Lucia, a woman the man left years ago. Mentally unbalanced and wracked by feelings of revenge, Lucia has returned to kill the man she hates. Pepa, however, is able to prevent the murder just in the knick of time, whereupon her departing ex-lover "generously" offers to re-consider their separation. Pepa turns him down.
