DECEMBER BRIDE

Set at the turn of the century in the rural Ards Peninsula in the north of Ireland, DECEMBER BRIDE tells the story of Sarah (Saskia Reeves) and her two brothers, Hamilton (Donal McCann) and Frank (Ciaran Hinds). It is both an unconventional love story and a study of a ling trial of strength between an independent and strong-willed woman and the strict, unbending Protestant community in which she lives.
